These Terms of Service govern the use of calyssaskincare.com and purchases made through the CALYSSA online store.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Greek or European Union law.
1. Online Store
CALYSSA offers cosmetic and skincare products for sale through this website.
The presentation of a product on the website constitutes an invitation to place an order and does not by itself constitute acceptance of that order.
After submitting an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement. A sales contract is concluded once CALYSSA accepts the order and sends the relevant order confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, manifest pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment failure or other circumstances preventing lawful fulfilment of the order.
If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the relevant amount will be refunded.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, ingredients, prices and other information appearing on the website are accurate and current.
Minor variations in packaging, colour or appearance may occur due to production batches, screen settings, photography, packaging updates or manufacturing tolerances.
Customers should always follow the directions for use and precautions appearing on the product packaging or accompanying information.
Information made available through the CALYSSA website is provided for general cosmetic and skincare purposes and is not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Individual results may vary according to skin type, routine, environment and other individual factors.
3. Cosmetic Ingredients and Sensitivities
Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list and relevant warnings before using a product, particularly where they have known allergies or sensitivities.
Use should be discontinued if an unexpected adverse reaction occurs. Appropriate medical or professional advice should be sought where necessary.
The most current ingredient information applicable to a product is the information appearing on the final product packaging.
4. Prices and Taxes
All retail prices displayed to consumers are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any delivery charges or other applicable costs will be clearly communicated before the customer completes the purchase.
The total amount payable will be displayed before the customer submits the order.
CALYSSA may change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payments may be processed by authorised third-party payment providers made available through the store, including providers supported by Shopify.
CALYSSA does not directly store complete payment-card information where payment processing is carried out by the relevant payment service provider.
An order may be cancelled if payment is declined, reversed or cannot otherwise be completed.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered according to the destinations, methods, estimated timeframes and charges described in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, obtains physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.

Where sealed goods are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, including certain cosmetic products, the statutory withdrawal right may cease once the goods have been unsealed where the applicable legal conditions are satisfied.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we will inform the customer and refund any payment relating to the unavailable item where appropriate.
