RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day period by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but its use is not mandatory.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products should be returned in their original condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging, seals and labels intact. Consumers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Where a sealed cosmetic or personal-care product has been unsealed after delivery and is not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply. 

COSMETICS, HEALTH AND HYGIENE EXCEPTION

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic and personal-care products that are not suitable for return once unsealed cannot be returned after their seal, protective packaging or hygiene barrier has been opened, removed or broken following delivery.

This exception does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the order or applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been completed. Please do not send products using cash on delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Where you exercise the right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with your order, CALYSSA will bear the reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with applicable law. Please contact us before returning such a product so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

REFUNDS

If the conditions for withdrawal are met, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order.

Any additional cost resulting from your choice of an express or more expensive delivery method will not be refunded beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible at hello@calyssaskincare.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and its external packaging

Reporting visible transport damage promptly, preferably within 48 hours, helps us investigate the matter with the courier. This requested timeframe does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, a price reduction or a refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting hello@calyssaskincare.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. If the order has already been dispatched, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with this policy.

SETS, BUNDLES AND PROMOTIONAL GIFTS

Products purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned together and in accordance with the return conditions above.

Any promotional gift supplied with the returned order must also be returned. If it is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like another product, you may return the eligible product in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under Greek or European Union law, including rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
